Rajasthan Royals (RR) is a professional Twenty20 cricket team based in the state of Rajasthan, India. The team competes in the Indian Premier League (IPL), which is a professional T20 cricket league in India. The franchise was one of the original eight teams that formed the IPL in 2008 and it was captained by Australian cricketer Shane Warne who led the team to victory in the inaugural season of the IPL.

The Rajasthan Royals team is owned by Manoj Badale, an Indian businessman, and is managed by former Indian cricketer Kumar Sangakkara. The team's home ground is Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

The Rajasthan Royals have won the IPL championship once, in the inaugural season of the IPL in 2008. However, the team has not been able to replicate that success in recent years and has not made it to the playoffs since 2018.
